Often you buy something without trying it on, or even when you do try it on, you decide to swap it for a different size, colour, or style after you get home.

That's fine! We will happily exchange items we sell both in-store and online provided you keep your receipt and the goods are in "as-new condition".

"As new condition?" : If you bring something back and want to exchange it, we will need to put that product back on the shelf to be sold to someone else. Someone else just like you, who would expect their nice, new purchase to be in perfect condition. So we would ask that you respect your fellow customers, and understand this as a condition of your exchange. This includes keeping original packaging please.

If you are an online customer, you can arrange an exchange by posting the item back to our main store at 27 Glasgow Lane, Lismore 2480, and we will then send you a credit which you use to "buy" the replacement item online. Please remember that the credit will be for the value of the goods, not the postage since that postage cost has already been paid to the courier. (If you prefer not to post the item back, you can return it in person to any of our four stores where we can process the exchange on the spot)


We do not provide refunds on "change of mind" except where something has been bought online "sight-unseen" and you are returning it under our 14 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please see those conditions separately.

So this means items purchased in our physical stores cannot be refunded other than as required by law

We are always happy to exchange an item, subject to the conditions above.


1. Everything you buy at SuperWH is sourced from the authentic Australian supplier and is fully covered by Australian warranties.

2. Please remember that all the items you buy from us are covered both by an Australian Consumer Guarantee and by a manufacturer warranty. If something breaks, fails to work, or lets you down in another way that relates to faulty manufacture, you are possibly entitled to have it fixed, replaced, or even refunded, depending on the circumstance. We simply ascribe to Australian Consumer Law on this

Please contact us if you need to make a claim under warranty (in some cases we can process this for you ourselves, and sometimes we will direct you to the warranty agency who can resolve it for you directly and more quickly).
