We're happy to exchange your purchase provided the goods are in "as-new condition". You can exchange it for a different size, colour, or something else altogether!

If you're a local Northern-NSW customer, please drop into one of our 4 stores to exchange in person. (Sorry, you cannot exchange at other Sportspower stores in Australia as these are owned separately)

If you're an online customer...
  1. Email Us: Please reply to your order-confirmation email to let us know you are sending the item(s) back
  2. Post Back: Post the item (including original packaging and tags) back to our main store at 27 Glasgow Lane, Lismore 2480 (you're responsible for the cost of postage)
  3. Get a Credit: We'll process a credit for the value of the item back onto your account with us, and email you with details when this is done
  4. Select Replacement: You can then buy the replacement item on our website, and use the credit to pay for it.
It's that simple!

A few notes...
  • There's no limit to what you buy with your credit! A different size, colour, brand, style - it's up to you - it's literally just a store-credit to spend on anything you like, even if that's not what you bought last time.
  • There's no expiry date on the credit, so you're free to take your time.
  • If your next purchase is less than your credit, the balance will just sit on your account for future use,
  • ...but if the purchase is more than your credit, you just have to pay the difference during checkout.
  • Please remember that the credit will be for the value of the goods, not the postage since that postage cost has already been paid to the courier.
  • "As new condition": If you want to exchange a product, we will need to put that product back on the shelf to be sold to someone else - someone just like you! So we ask that you respect your fellow customers, and understand this as a condition of your exchange. Items that have been used or worn, are damaged in any way, or do not have original packaging cannot be exchanged.

If you've returned an item, read on...

When we receive the products back into our store, we'll quickly assess them to make sure they're in "as-new condition" with original packaging (see above), and then we'll process a credit onto your account for the value you paid for those goods.

You can always see what value you have in credit by going to the My Account section and looking for the heading "redeemable loyalty points", like this...

And when you want to use this credit, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and when you get to the payment screen you'll see an option to "redeem loyalty points" like this...
How to Redeem your Credit

It's that simple. If your credit is larger than the total owing, you won't have to pay anything to finalise your order - otherwise, you'll just have to pay the difference.
