We're happy to exchange your purchase provided the goods are in "as-new condition". You can exchange it for a different size, colour, or something else altogether!

If you're a local Northern-NSW customer, please drop into one of our 4 stores to exchange in person. (Sorry, you cannot exchange at other Sportspower stores in Australia as these are owned separately)

For online customers who can't get into a store... we handle exchanges through our Money-Back Guarantee. It's not really an "exchange" - you just return your unwanted products for a refund, and separately, order the item(s) you want. This way, you don't need to wait for the old products to be returned - the moment you know you need a different size, fit or colour, you place a new order, and we'll get the new goods out to you ASAP.

You are responsible for arranging, and paying for, freight and insurance. Unfortunately, you're also responsible for any damage in transit, so please package the items carefully! You have 14 days from the date of receipt to post back unwanted items.
