Who, How, & When
We deliver Australia-wide, using a range of couriers. Here's how your order progresses;
- We confirm stock, then process your order during working hours (Mon-Fri)
- We book courier pickup, and send you a Shipping Email with tracking number (the package hasn't actually gone yet - it's sitting on our dock awaiting collection, which can sometimes take 24 hours!!)
- The courier collects the item, and they usually send you a separate tracking email
- 1-3 days later, the courier delivers to your door (since CXOVID couriers dont generally wait for signatures, they will just leave the item in a safe place)
- If you're not home, they will leave a card or email you, asking you to contact them to arrange redelivery or collect the item from their local depot
Tracking
To track your parcel, you have 2 options.
- Find the email in your inbox which came from the courier company ("OpenFreight", or "Australia Post", etc.). It will contain details of where your parcel is.
- Alternatively, click the link below and enter the number from the email we sent you;
Your tracking number
does not include the name of the courier on the end, like this...
REMEMBER, we send you these tracking details as soon as we generate them in our system. If the courier system doesn't recognise the number, or says the items hasnt been collected yet, that's because their driver hasn't been to collect it. Please check again tomorrow.
Split Delivery
Where you order more than one item, we will try to send your items together. This sometimes means there is a day or two delay as we transfer the items to the one branch.
However, when this delay is too great, we'll ship the items out to you separately (called a "split delivery") at no extra cost to you. Don't panic if only part of your order comes - this is probably what happened.
Large Items and Assembly
If you order a very large item, like a treadmill or a table tennis table, the courier may need some help unloading at your address. There is only ever one driver, so please be courteous and understanding, and be prepared.
Couriers cannot carry items up steps or help you to assemble, so please don't be annoyed when they explain this.
If you foresee this being a problem, please
contact us first to discuss options.
