We are determined to ensure our Sportspower stores are a safe place to shop and to work, so we have implemented a number of measures for your comfort and security;

1. We have strict new staff policies on "social distancing" and hygiene practices
2. Staff are not allowed to work if they show any signs of illness
3. Public surfaces are disinfected regularly
4. Government-approved signs have been erected at the store entrance, counter, and staff room, to publicise best-practice for this epidemic
5. Hand sanitiser is available in-store for customers and staff (when available!)
6. We have temporarily discontinued the use of try-on socks : customers who do not have socks to try on shoes can purchase a new pair heavily discounted
7. We have dedicated customer parking right out the front of our shops, so you don't need to catch public transport or walk through a busy shopping centre to get to SportsPower.

For those customers who prefer to shop from home, we are pulling out all stops;

1. We have increased stock levels of running shoes, football boots, fitness and games equipment to ensure we can fulfill your order
2. We have hired 3 new local staff to ensure we always have a full complement of people to process and dispatch
3. We have kept our stores open 7 days a week to answer your questions
4. We have retained our 14 Day Money-Back Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction
5. We're only working with couriers who remain open for deliveries to you over this period

1. We have retained all our staff, and continue to open regular hours, to ensure the livelihood of our staff and local suppliers
2. We continue to work with local clubs, schools and Sports Associations to deliver what's needed for this team-sports season
